Are you new to yoga? Soul Start is designed especially for beginners who want to explore the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find inner calm.

No prior experience required — just an open mind and a willingness to begin.
